Return & Refund Policy

At Bootrunzq, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the item(s) upon delivery following our standard return procedure.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider. Some banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the actual return shipping cost from your refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary
  3. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team

We will investigate any reported issues with refunds and work diligently to resolve them. Please have your order number and payment details ready when contacting us about refund inquiries.
